Willowdene Training was launched in January 2005 as a natural progression from 18 years of successful training delivery to learners who typically faced severe barriers to learning that ranged from learning difficulties to fear of institutions.

Drawing on a substantial bank of experience in both training and industry, Dr Matthew Home drew together a dynamic and highly-skilled team to set up a training centre with a difference.

Deliberately steering away from more traditional approaches to learning – both in terms of setting and techniques - Willowdene Training was established with the express aim of inspiring and equipping learners, irrespective of background or experience, for a developing future.

Willowdene Training’s reputation for delivering creative, high quality training has resulted in a number of beneficial partnerships with established organisations, and training delivery to corporate bodies, local authorities and individuals alike.
